What happens in our first conversation?

Our initial call is 30 minutes and entirely exploratory. I want to understand your business, your current email situation, and what you are hoping to achieve. There is no pitch, no pressure. If it seems like we would be a good fit, I will suggest next steps.

Do you work with businesses outside hospitality?

I specialise in hospitality, tourism, and events because my background allows me to add unique value in these industries. If you are outside these sectors, I am happy to refer you to excellent generalist email strategists I know and trust.

What email platforms do you work with?

I am platform-agnostic and work with whatever system makes sense for your business. Common platforms include Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, and industry-specific tools like Revinate and Guestline. If you are choosing a new platform, I can advise on the best fit.

How do you handle different time zones?

I work with clients across Australia, Europe, and North America. Being based in Brisbane (AEST) means I can schedule calls during European afternoons, North American mornings, and Asia-Pacific business hours. We will find times that work.

What is your typical timeline?

Audits take 2 to 3 weeks. Implementation projects run 6 to 8 weeks. Retainer relationships are a minimum of 6 months to allow for meaningful optimisation. I will give you a specific timeline during our initial conversation based on your situation.
